Marquardt Timer Helps You Cook

One of the latest Marquardt innovations in the field of sensors and modules is an electronic timer which is currently used in the new WMF pressure cooker. The timer enables the end user to set and keep exact cooking times.

The timer starts the set cooking time automatically as soon as the cooking pressure is reached. The user can then remove the timer from the cooker and take it anywhere. An acoustic signal and a red LED indicate the end of the cooking time. The ingredients in the pot are therefore cooked optimally and energy is saved.

When the residual pressure is reached the built-in LED switches from red to green – the pressure cooker can then be opened safely.
